This award goes out to the member that goes above and beyond to help others and the gym. We are lucky to have so many that are deserving of this award.
This year’s Wolf is Maria Moore Cahalane, who has been with us since before day 1 and was one of the main helpers in getting us set up and started. She even gave us a kitchen 
She gives so much to the gym, if there’s baking, judging, a charity event or a comp, Maria will be one of the first to put her hand up 
Maria is one of the most colourful members and is always smiling! She is a serious athlete in her own right, doing most workouts as prescribed (Rx) She is also constantly in the top % of her age group in the country in the CF Open 
She may be small in stature but she is big in heart and well-deserving of this year’s Wolf of The Year.
