At Howling Heart Fitness, we run many varied coached group classes, that are never the same. We keep the body and mind guessing, you will never be bored of the same old programming and be confident in being coached with proper technique!

Introductory Classes – Getting Started
Before starting into any of the main classes, we will run introductory classes over three sessions (unless you are moving from another gym, then it’s a one-off assessment day/ time TBC) and you will need to attend all 3 before moving into the main classes. It will be €80 for the intro which will also include the first 5 main classes!
These intros will be with new starters like yourself and gives us the opportunity to show you around and go through how we operate and the flow of the classes. We will also be going through the basic movements and skills so that by the time you get to the main classes you will be good to go!

Strength and Conditioning
Our Strength and Conditioning classes have the ideal mix of weight lifting, gymnastics, strongman, stability/mobility and aerobic fitness.
Led by our expert coaching team, expect to see some of the major lifts like Squats and Deadlifts while focusing on full body strength development.
The class is topped off with a conditioning section which includes a mixture of weights, gymnastics and cardio.
Combining all the basic and advanced movements allows you to work out at any fitness level and work towards your health goals.
Personal Training
We also run PTs for those who want a bespoke coaching program. Perhaps you are working towards a certain goal or have a particular need that you would like extra help with. Whatever the reasons, our team are ready to get to work and make sure that you can find a safe, simple solution to whatever you have/may come up against.
Olympic Weightlifting
HHWC is an Olympic Weightlifting Club established in 2019.
The sport of Olympic Weightlifting involves performing 2 different movements – the snatch and the clean & jerk, which are both technical, power and strength-based movements using a barbell.
Our weightlifting classes are open to both beginners and experienced lifters. The classes are highlighted on our booking app and can be booked using your regular membership or package.
These technical classes prepare people who want to compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting along with those who want to increase their power, speed, agility, body composition, stability and mobility to improve their performance in other sports. We also welcome people who simply want to learn a new skill and have fun and work together in a club environment.
