At Howling Heart Nutrition, we believe something as fundamental as nutrition shouldn't be complicated, which is why we focus on a simple habit-based approach.

Our Habit-Based Approach

Rather than telling you what to eat, we work with you to create step-by-step habit changes to improve your wellness and health in the long term and keep you accountable through the process.

You will work with a nutrition coach who will do weekly video check-ins and monthly in-person check-ins. You will have an app which provides you with helpful content every day including healthy recipes. Your profile will also guide you on how to stick to the habit changes you have set with your nutrition coach.
